Came across these folks when looking for replacement sight glass for the front brake and clutch master cylinders on a Honda motorcycle. They sell an all glass replacement lens and can make any size necessary if they don't have one to fit your bike.
They are also a used parts shop, although I have no idea what their selection of FJ parts are.
