Hi I have an fj1200 which because of a knee problem I can't bend my knee enough to ride, I want to keep the bike but want to modify it into a cruiser with forwards, has anyone done this or have any ideas?

if you can get some crash bars/engine guards, that might help mounting some of the cruiser-type controls.
Izzy I am in the same boat (not trying to make a cruiser though) just trying to change riding position
I am trying to mod a seat to be about a inch higher and back little besides the bad knee I have foot drop which lets the foot touch ground in the twistys (it will get your attention when your foot hits down at speed) this should straighten my knee to almost 90 degrees and bring my foot up off the ground. I just cut up a seat the other day haven't rode on it yet but just sitting it feels alot better.
