Not very long as curvy roads go, but I'll take it.

Fred
I like the fact that they put up "curve ahead" signs...I kept waiting for it....
Wow Fred that was pretty curvy, too bad the curvy part was all gravel
:sarcastic:
Every Kansas road Fred rides has a curve, the curvature of the earth :sarcastic: don't need no signs for that !
Fred gets an iron but award between curves in Kansas.
Sorry Fred I'm glad you found one. I thought I was curve deprived here in Wisconsin. Kansas is almost as bad as Illinois
I did some graphics work using the Tail of the Dragon moniker of 318 CURVES IN 11 MILES
Fred
The best motorcycle road in Kansas :sarcastic: :sarcastic:

Hey, there's plenty of curvy road in Illinois - you just have to know where to look. Then again, the road surface absolutely sucks...you just can't get up to an enjoyable speed.
rossi
I want a sticker that says I rode the Kansas corn maze.
Don't you have any interstate cloverleafs?!

FJ1289,
They once did, but they all died in the drought. Those things need a lot of water.

Hey rossi, you should come up to 55 through the Menominee Indiana reservation. Just north of Keshena. It's a road that the Indians maintain. Just so people will come ride/drive. Because about a mile from where it ends they have a casino. They even have slow vehicle turn offs. And people actually pull off to let you go by. I've met people there from Illinois who go there every year just to ride it. Way to Short for me. But a couple of guys from Illinois call it the little dragon... Not even close but If your from Illinois. Might seem like it.

Nice reply! :hi:
I seem to remember a member from TX on the yahoo group posting a video of I remember correctly of him "carving up some Texas corners" on an interstate cloverleaf — biggest complaint was only wearing the right side of the tires!
