:mad: Well got our first snow of the year. Got up this morning and had 2-3" snow on everything. What ever happened to global warming... probably disappearing. Like the hole in the ozone... that will never recover.
I just missed it here in NE Iowa.Only a little frost this morning.
The white stuff her in SoCal falls like snow but smells like campfire. And just like the cold stuff it really messes with traffic. I watched from the 101 as a plane dropped water on the small fire yesterday morning in Calabasas.

The airplane can be seen just above the bridge very early in the video. Watch for it as it passes back into view. The drop looked to high but it had the desired effect.

Don't like watching that shit. Had those dam planes flying right over my house and dropping water and retardant back in 03. Fire came within a 100 ft of my house. That was a nasty year for us in the interior of BC. Don't need any reminders

That's what I meant about you being warm. But I guess I shouldn't be joking about wildfires. My niece's husband is a paramedic for the fire jumpers in Colorado. Very dangerous. Those guys have all my respect.

And I came home and put on shorts. DC has definitely had a very very warm fall. Haven't turned on the heat or fired up the stove once, yet.
We have had a couple warm storms that left a few inches of snow that quickly melted off,but this morning it was twelve degrees.I am recovering my Corbin seat and along with new foam I'm installing a seat heater my son gave me a while back.This will be the first electrically heated device I have tried.The winter riding season has begone.

Yes, we get some crazy swings for sure......................It was 5-degrees F last night when I left work around 10pm.

Hey but for can't make up it's mind weather, there's always Montana. Snow one day and sunshine the next or the other way around. My Mother grew up there and has recounted stories of snow on the 4th of July.
