Title: eManualOnline Garbage Digital Service Manual and Customer Service
Post by: Bud Wilkinson on June 26, 2019, 02:09:09 PM
All,
I just got a PayPal return of the price for the absolute garbage PDF copy of a Clymer's FJ1100 - FJ1200 service manual. I'm not even sure that it is legally copied. It was $18.99, which wouldn't be bad for a good digital copy, but this POS is absolutely unusable.
When I contacted them all they did was ask a lot of questions that didn't matter. to delay any action and in the end, just stopped responding after saying that was the best manual they had for my motorcycle. They are off my list.
Thanks PayPal.

Clymers and Haynes are junk....get a real Yamaha shop manual.  C and H are superficial and cover things most of us already know.

Yeah, i wasn't looking for a C or H. Got a bad copy of a bad manual but PayPal stood up and upheld my complaint.
See the TechSpark Studio manual review. It's much better than C or H and closer to factory manuals I have seen.
