hey guys, I'm looking for a foam air filter replacement in Australia for my FJ1100, can be a K + N one as well i suppose but the foam ones are cheaper, only air filters i can find are one eBay and are K+N but cost $139.00. wondering if anyone else out there knows of somewhere cheaper in Australia to get them? don't really want to wait a month for one from the UK. Cheers guys
Maybe check out the local dirtbike or road shop, they will have stuff on the shelf, discount warehouses perhaps cheaper.

You could try Trooper Lu's Garage in Sydney ( online yamaha dealer) or Partzilla.

Most stuff I order from UK usually only takes a week, sometimes less, never a month. On one occasion I bought an exhaust for a CB650 and it arrived in 5 days.
oh ok, id never heard of partzilla i might give them a look... and really? 5 days? thats pretty fast, eBay says it could take up till 17th of november... but if you have done it personally id trust you over the bay estimate, cheers guys il give them a look tonight
Not in Australia, neither is the other options mentioned.

If you really want foam I can get you a price from UNI for their foam filter.

On a forum hosted by RPM, you would think one of us would have mentioned it. So here's your plug Randy
RPM give excellent service and usually have stuff to you (yes from the US to Australia) in less then 10 days. Excellent range and all round good guys :good2:
Unfortunaley you do have the Aussie $$$ ( add about 30% to your purchase) and US postage charges. But I have found even with these added on, a lot of their stuff is still cheaper than buying here in Straya
