Title: She Has Come A Long Way
Post by: Urban_Legend on August 30, 2018, 12:12:32 AM
I was looking through some photos of my bike in my short 3 year ( nearly 4 years) history with my 84 FJ 1100. From when I first got here as what can only be called a heap of junk and a box of parts. I can say that there have so far been 3 phases to her life with me.
Phase one - not many mods except for paint and RPM 4-2-1 exhuast.
Phase two - Lots of mods including 17" wheels front and back
Phase Three - New Paint and upgrade to a 1200 motor.

She was always destined to be a work horse...never a show pony.
Hopefully there will be many more years from her yet.

Lol

Just Looked at the attached photos again. Seems like the bike is always loaded up going somewhere.

G'day Mark

Your bike has definitely been transformed.

I think your paintwork has been evolving with each change and looks good now.

Cheers
Alan

I like what you've done with the paint and graphics.

Good for you for saving her, a very nice job.  :good2:

That bike is lucky to have you as her owner.

Enjoy your work!  Ride well.

Pat
