Post by: beanbagsj on July 30, 2018, 07:59:25 PM
my stock as hell 1986 fj1200 has headlight, dash board, front marker lights out. The turn signals horn brake light work.  Is their a fuse , switch , relay or whatever I should look for? i lost my owners manual in the water.

Yes, there's a fuse, in your fuse block.
Here's a link to down loading a free owners handbook: http://www.yamahaownershandbook.com.au/?r=0 (http://www.yamahaownershandbook.com.au/?r=0)

You lost your owners handbook in the water?  Hmmm... was your bike submerged?

No, my bike did not go swimming it was the first thing I got out of manasquan before hurricane or tropical storm sandy.  My bike has been a better vehicle than any of my cars.

thanks for the info, my 2 marker lights are out I can see the broken filamets. The headlight doesn't look broke but I put power to it and it did not light up.
