Title: Cartridge fork oil changed.
Post by: Pat Conlon on April 07, 2010, 02:41:51 PM
I have a set of Honda CBR600 F3 cartridges on my '92 FJ, the conversion courtesy of Jon Cain.
Long overdue after about 15k miles, I finally got around to changing out the oil. Wowser! Unbelievable!
The old 7.5w 125/150 Golden Spectro cartridge oil had the consistency of water...

A lot of shear going on down there. Amazing.

Cheers!

Those forks are great... probably change my oil at the end of the summer.
