Looking at the front turn signals, it is an 84/85.

I recognize that bike.
He's one of the Aussies on the airhead BMW forum. He has an '81~'84ish R100RS, and he's NOT slow. The funny (scary) videos are the ones where he goes down dirt roads at 60mph on his street tires. EEP! :shok:

That's the Granya Gap road in north east Victoria. That is one of my all time favourite pieces of tarmac. No that wasn't me being overtaken by the BMW, and I seriously doubt that he could.

Personally I don't believe these turkeys didn't let him through in the first place, if someone is up my arse like that I wave them through, not BLOCK them.

I get this a lot usually from cruisers in Brisbane, it makes me want to use the horn to politely ask them to move over.

You're right John, when I see someone wanting to go past, I let them go and if I'm in the mood, I chase them. I am much faster if I'm following someone.

At about 2:00 the #2 rider went wide and fell back to #3. Then right at 2:38 had another control issue, went wide again. Seems better to let the faster rider pass and ride at pace your talent can handle.

The rider that ran wide twice in as many minutes should perhaps re think his hobby while he's still alive, maybe take up golf or something.

I second that statement.

It's a bad reflection on the three leading rider's attitude   :dash2: by not letting the faster rider through. Who knows, they may even learn something if they follow the faster rider for a while. I know, from personal experience, it can be a good way to get a few tips on riding techniques that you may not be aware of.
   Regards, Pete.

I thought maybe they were oblivious to the Bimmer rider, but doubt that in reality.
