Just saw this today, and got to thinking what an FJ might look like with them... https://blog.customoto.com/parker-brothers-dual-hubless-2001-yamaha-r1

I bet heavy, expensive, and weird... I'm with you Pat! I'm nostalgic, and love the look my 84 will be. Now a set of keihin flat slide carbs, big brakes and sticky tires... I like those just fine. Maybe even a blue bottle!

Part of the FJ draw happened to me in 1987! I was on the highway messing around when a guy on an FJ pulled up beside me. We rolled on to prolly a hundred miles an hour. He reached back, turned a knob, waved to me, pressed a button and LEFT me in a dramatic way! There was guy at the Friday night drags at Finch and Weston (Toronto Ontario Canada) with a Ninja 1000R on the spray. Looked like a lot of fun!
