Title: front fender [84-1100]
Post by: bigbore2 on April 02, 2017, 11:12:28 PM
Besides remaking/reattaching the broken tabs for the front fender, do I have any other options on this, like buying a new fender?

A few FJ riders, most notably Aviationfred, have used the RZ500? fender with great success.

I think I saw new ones (aftermarket) at UK's fj club site.

If it is just the tabs, they are pretty easy to plastic weld repair.

Here is a thread in the Files section that shows a few fenders that came from donor bikes.

Poly26.com has new, unpainted, fiber glass fenders available, but the ordering process from the USA is not quick and easy. :dash2:

National fiberglass in Ohio makes a very nice one. I've bought stuff from him and it's very good quality.
