I received this published article on my LinkedIn account this morning: Hard Kindness (https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/hard-kindness-internal-power-practice-empathy-jeff-sanders)

Yes, I agree with Jeff's observation about reciprocity of people, kindness begets kindness.
If you change the way you look at people, the people you look at, change.
Tolerance and perseverance is a virtue. Easy to aspire, often hard to do.
I am powerless over people's reactions. They have free will and often not react how I think they should.
I am not powerless over my reactions. That's on me.
Thanks Randy, thanks Jeff, my day is brighter.
A good read. That is so true, have had the same issues with a couple of neighbors here as well. It all worked out and we are at least cordial now. Big R
Thanks Randy, excellent article. Hard kindness. Initially I thought it was because kindness was hard. LOL.
You mean I have to start being nice to people? Ugh. Might kill me...
Thanks for posting this. Worth the read. Random acts of kindness, are a good thing to both give and receive. I have had the pleasure of experiencing both.
Similar to the "Pay it forward" concept. Give/kindness with no expectation of repayment. I like it.
