Time to downsize. Like the topic says I got a bunch of Fj parts and I don't this many. Front forks, wheels, wiring, some plastic, motor parts, handle bars, switches, air box's, and more. I typically part 3-10 bikes a year and I'm being over run with parts. I'm computer illiterate so posting pics is out for now. Randy T always posted pics for me, RIP. If you need anything let me know. I'm also on the fb page I can do pics there.
TIA Bob w

Yes, '84 and '85 1100 are the same.
True, except for the color...
The '84 tanks on the USA models were red and silver, the '85 tanks were red and white.
This happened only on the USA bikes. Elsewhere, all the '84's were red and white.

Yep, true for Europe. Except, we had some other color combos, blue/white I think.... Not sure if it was '84 or '85.
I have an 87 and looking for front fork from 89 and up to I can put the blue dot calipers I bought on a wim
Any luck?
The Blue dots will fit the '89+ as long as they are not radial mount...
Yes I have a few sera of stk 89-90 front forks, complete or just lower legs? Can rebuild or just sell as parts.
Bob w.
I guess I would need the complete 2 lower parts and the upper tubes.
Where you located? Parts are in Maine USA.
Bob w

Hi. Do you have the fairing cowl frame (sub-frame - they call it a stay sometimes) for a '93? 91, 92, & 93 are the same. It's what the front fairing mounts to. Thanks.

Bob, I am looking for a front fender for an 89 front end going on my 84.

All fenders are the same other than color. I need to go see if I have any of them left or not? Sold a bunch of that a few months back.

Hi Chris.
If Bob does not have one, I have two that may work for you. They are brand new (as far as I can tell). One is black (appears primed) and the other is painted white. I only have the front half of fender, not the rear portion. PM me if you are interested. I am only 500 miles north of you.
Have a good one,
Dean
Hi there, would you happen to have a rear brake pedal for a 1990 fj1200?
Thanks
Yes the chrome one?
Bob w
yes, how much are you asking for it?
I am originally from massachussetts, but now live in the Denver area.
Thanks,
Larry
$10 + shipping sound ok? May fit in a usps flat rate box? If not I'll cut in half. Lol
Bob w
Sounds great. How do you want to handle payment?
Being a fellow New Englander, I'm sure you can trust me. hahahhaha
Pm me your address when I go out to shop in morning I'll find a nice straight on and see what size box it will fit in. You can send. Heck or PayPal?
Bob w
Would you have a windshield/windscreen for a '93? '91 & '92 fit I believe. Thanks.
Looking for a couple of parts for a U.S. 1984 FJ1100:
1. Clutch cover assembly. PO had a little crash and the brake pedal cracked a hole in the black part of the cover.
2. Upper most bolt on the clutch Slave cylinder broke. I can extract what's left but need that bolt.
3. Windshield and fasteners. Actually this is optional as I don't like the looks of the OEM windshield. I may try to fabricate a shorter one.
I can pay with paypal.

The bolt (90105-06306-00) is a washer head, M6 x 306MM long. That should make it easy to get at any MC shop or through Randy at RPM
The well nuts are not the current standard size used on bikes today. Randy has them. I tried to make the modern ones fit but they are too small for the FJ.
I had help https://yamahaclub.com/forums/topic/29981-part-number-decoding/
Thank you sir.
How about the clutch cover? Either the entire assembly or just the outer black painted part.
I really appreciate the work you did finding that parts decoder but it has one "except" and that is 901 bolts. The other bolt, that is still good, is not 306mm (about 12 inches) but 75mm. So I'll see if I can source one from a fastener company.
Digits six and seven give the diameter (inner or outer) e.g. 08 would be an M8 size.
9XXXX-XXXXX-00
Digits eight, nine and ten are the length (except for '901' bolts for some reason)
We should have the slave cylinder bolt in stock. The outer clutch ring is found here http://www.rpmracingca.com/proddetail.asp?prod=OuterClutchRing (http://www.rpmracingca.com/proddetail.asp?prod=OuterClutchRing) can't get phone to post the hyperlink... you can also find the well nuts on the website. I don't think we have the bolt
Listed on their though so you may have to call the shop tomorrow.

Thank you Randy. Is it hard to pull the oil level sight gauge out and install in the new cover?
I will attempt to fix this one but if that goes wrong I'll buy one from you.
It is not difficult to remove but more times than not the rubber seal around the edge of it is torn when you remove the sight glass. Here is the new sight glass and also directly below on the same page is the gasket the seals the center portion of the clutch cover http://www.rpmracingca.com/proddetail.asp?prod=2H7-15361-00-00 (http://www.rpmracingca.com/proddetail.asp?prod=2H7-15361-00-00)

I have been scouring the interweb trying to find front turn signal lenses for my 1990 with no luck at all. Would you happen to have any? Primarily looking for a right signal lens.
Thanks
