You can see them on Facebook.
Noel.
Enjoyed the vids Richard, I love riding the FJ in the scrub.
Is that a "Roo Shoo" sonic device?

Yeah Noel thems the big ones. I don't think the little ones work. These big ones sure make the birds scatter and have kept Skippy away so farr

Richard are you towing the trailer during these videos?
And Mrs Rover, is she with you as well?...I see two helmets.
The FJ looks fast, it is doing a wheelie standing still :good2:
And someone emailed about sending you an oil filler cap in Cairns (I have been there). They wanted to know how fast I could get it to you. I suggested going to a hardware store and getting an expandable rubber plug to get you on the road. I hope that info got back to you.

Thanks Randy but I have a plastic plug in it for now. And yes have the wife and trailer in tow in the videos.
Richard,
I would love to know more about your trailer hook-up!
How does it tow? Gold Wingers tell me they can hardly tell that they are towing a trailer, but of course that's with their 900lb/400kg bikes. How does it affect the handling? (I'd be riding two up as you are.)
Also, how the heck did you install a hitch to your FJ??? I've got a similar set up as you with hard bags and a top case on an '89.
Thanks!
Enjoy your trip, it looks like a good one!

Mark remind me later and i will post some pix of the hitch. You sure know the trailer is there but you get used to it. My ball height is to high I think and you have to push in on the twisties. This is my first run with it and I plan some changes. There is a place in Yandina Queensland that makes hitches for bikes but mine is a modified 84 hutch most likely home made.
Thanks Richard, I will do that.
Happy trails till then.
