i would like to say i have sampled all the different kinds of BBQ mentioned but TBH i've never had the mayo based sauce.

not real fond of Mayo anyway since i got sick from some that had been sitting out just  bit too long.

I cant help but think about BBQ..... it's just so good and it doesn't help that we have this event right down the road from me every year........

BBQ from everywhere they even think about making it..... and hot sauce vendors trying to make you cry from one drop of their super special atomic 10 alarm on the end of a toothpick..... ahhhhhhhhhh thank you sir, may i have another?   :wacko3:

BBQ is good for the Kookaloo!  :good2:

Wish I'd known about the mayo BBQ sauce when I was in Alabama last week.

The rib shack I went to served 'em up Memphis style dry rubbed... pretty tasty!

But not as good as that NC stuff... need to get to the Woodlands BBQ & Pickin Parlor in Blowing Rock, NC this ECSR.
