Title: 10 minute fairing removal - and that's being generous.

I've had a few people ask the same thing recently. I don't know where the original post is but below is a copy of a reply last night.

Take the scoops (and ducts) off, there's 1(?)screw each side behind the ducts that holds the back end of the fairing on. Remove the inner panels between the tank and the fairing, take out the 4 bolts shown, ease the fairing forward, disconnect the speedo cable and electrical connectors and ......

...there you have it. You don't even need to take the tank off.

Yep, that's how I take mine off as well, so much easier leaving everything mounted to the fairing. The very first time I had to take it off I pulled the screen, mirrors etc off before I realised everything could've stayed on.

I would imagine that most of us have had to do it the hard way the first time the fairing came off. I know I did
