Howdy people,,, I'm changing my fork seals,,, what oil do you recommend to refill with

ATF DX3.  I'm assuming that's Dexron III in the U.S.? Is that a 10W?

Yes, its Dexron3.  Approx = 15wt.

       ATF vs Oil Wt Equiv
> Chrysler ATF+3 = 10W
> Dextron 3/Mercon = 15W
> Type F = 20W

I have RaceTech Emulators and 0.95kg/mm springs in my forks.
Prior to that, I was using a mix of 10 + 15wt fork oil and that worked fine.
Its just easier and much cheaper to find ATF, and it works just as well.
Its high detergent, and is very temperature stable.
I fill to 130mm from the top with springs out and forks collapsed.  YMMV
