SOMEONE who shall remain nameless has to put in for his vacation time now. So is the dates for the fall rally the weekend of the 17-18 of Sept? so we would head up on the 12th.

That's correct, weekend of the 17th-19th. And assuming we have the rally at the larger place in Bryson City, they should be able to house all of us.
