That's awesome. I never use my dishwasher. I'm hoping to sell my house and build my dream house 42'x65' shop with living quarters above down the center. Have to find an architect to draw it up for me... I wasn't going to put in a dishwasher. But now I'm going to have to put in a big one.

Industrial? Like, big enough to fit WHOLE BIKES in ? ? ?

Dan, from you, I'd expect nothing less!

It's just a matter of technique.

I use our dishwasher - sometimes - the same way.
The hot-air function of the kitchen oven; I just don't know how this is named correctly, but it works; is perfect to dry muzzle loader barrels.

The fights with my wife were not too bad and didn't last too long.

And I'm married 26 years now...

Technique?  I'd say the key is TIMING -- a good long shopping trip usually works....

Not sand... glass beads.  Yeah, steady use will probably take out the pump eventually.  But I never use the damn thing anyway... a week's worth of dishes for me is a couple of forks, a spoon and a coffee mug.  So I hand wash.  Stupid dishwasher was just sitting there so I figured I might as well get some use out of it.

It's one of those hated KitchenAid machines.  If you Google search for "Kitchenaid dishwasher problem" your computer will explode.  Seriously, what idiot looked at a dishwasher and thought, "Hmmm, needs a computer."  Yeah, let's put a computer in a hot, steamy environment... that'll work.  Not.   :dash2:
