Changed front and rear wheel bearings.
New kits for forks (bushings, seals).
Fixed a lagging caliper problem. Blown seals on blue dots.
Projects in progress. Looking forward to head bearing race job. Welder is necessary? Didn't someone else drill little holes to access the bearing race from behind?

Just did my head bearings today.
After an hour or two of pure frustration, I pulled out the mig and ran a bead. About 30 seconds later the races were out without a fuss. Went from the hardest bearing change I've ever done to the easiest just like that.
Learned my lesson. Next time, the welder is coming out right away.
Drilling those holes is an interesting solution. Especially if you don't have access to a welder....

Steve, if you don't have a welder, a cutoff wheel in a dremel tool works very well and is easy. Make 2 cuts about 1/4" or so apart all the way through the lower race and it will come right out. Check out my post in this thread for the specifics on the cut off wheel. BTW, a regular Dremel bit doesn't work well at all. It needs to be the cut off wheel.
I used a removal tool for the top race, but I think this one may be able to knocked out from below with a punch.
