Yessir, I'm now GUILTY of introducing a friend to motorcycling!
Chatting up a buddy at the shop, I brought up the subject of proper motorcycle endorsement by means of a Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) intro course for new riders.
He signed up, passed the course, and promptly purchased a used 2006 Yamaha FZ6 with only a little over 5,000 miles on the odometer. He's now jumped in with both feet, doing an oil change and purchasing new tires.
We've been out for a few rides together, and his odometer rolled over to 6,100 yesterday.
I mentioned our little get-together at Tellico Plains, but his vacation schedule may not allow for it this year.
He's definitely psyched about riding, though. We did four hours yesterday, and he didn't complain too much! :good2:
