I remember reading those (seems like just last week) I bought my '84 in May, so I all ready had my bike when those articles were published. I lost my copies in a move back in the early '90's.

I seem to recall Cycle mag. also had the FJ on their cover....with the subtitle saying something to the effect: ".... Ground shaking power, and lots of it..."

I'm so glad I waited for the FJ. I was going to pull the trigger on the Honda VFR750. No comparison.
