Seems every time I take a sharp corner some reason bike doesn't want to track, either she pushes to the outside or dives to inside under power not under power loose on the steering tight still feels wrong. Tire are in good shape fairly new everything checks ok. Any ideas.
Tyre pressures?
Right hand corners...or left hand corners....or both the same?
What tire pressure are you running? (Harvey beat me)
Back tire in alignment? Steering neck bearings "properly torqued"?
Remind us, what have you done to your bike in the way of mods?
As Pat was eluding too, is this a recent change?
Na only had bike myself a week was in shop since febuary...and the last time it will ever go to another one. Told them check it over take your time, they certainly did that just not the other. Rear axle was on one mark difference between left and right side and tire pressure 23 psi both...the pressure I should have checked but damn seriously there paid to check this crap not try and kill a customer.

That is exactly why many here learn to do as much maint. on our bikes as possible.
Valves, oil & filter change, bleed brakes and clutch, brake pads, chain replacement, clutch pack, add relays, swap front and rear wheels to 17" (upgrade), swap swing arms, upgrade shock, fork rebuilds/upgrades, mount & balance tires, change sprockets, clean/rebuild carbs, rebuild master & slave cylinders, and on and on...
So if you accept this challenge, many here will help you get it done properly.
Ah the joy of owning a older motorcycle, you will need to do the maint yourself.
Now is the time to get to know your Fj and go thru it end to end.
Unless you can find a shop that actually works on older motorcycles and does quality work.
Get the owners manual and read the pre-ride checks that should be performed every time you ride.
The short list is brakes, chain, oil , forks, tire psi and fuel.
As a "possible" (but unlikely) defense of the shop ......
The marks on the swingarm are not always accurate.
They MAY (possible but unlikely) have actually aligned the rear wheel accurately.
You need to "stringline" the wheels to determine when/if it is in alignment.
And, accept the fact that the only one who cares about your safety is YOU.
YOU need to do the work or at least check that it has been done correctly.
Shame this is the case, but it is.
