Title: Crash bar
Post by: ADHD Perfected on February 28, 2015, 09:13:00 PM
On some FJ pics there is what looks to be crash bar atached to three hard points on the lower left side of the frame. Is this factory or aftermarket?

Most likely Renntec, RPM has them, I have a set, good fit.

They're aftermarket by Renntec.  You can get them through Randy at RPM...there are two different bars depending on the year of your FJ:

Love mine welded plates. In the triangle for highway pegs.

Scuffed mine just the other day, when I stepped in some oil as I was parking and laid her over on her side. I thought "there's a well-spent couple of hundred bucks."

Definitely agree with you as my oil pump cover was cracked when i bought my bike. Thinking about sand casting this piece since its not factory I can experiment with different designs.
