My motivation is that it would be a shame to lose that huge treasure trove of info from the Files Section. There is so much collective wisdom there from simple tasks to (what I consider the voodoo arts of carbs) most difficult projects, would be a shame to lose. Rock on Marsh, rock on.

Yes , this site runs well due to the efforts of Marsh . with all the members here usually a 5-10 buck donation keeps everything fine, last time I spoke to him.

I missed this post and I too have been around for a while so i just ponied up. This site has been mucho helpful in my first 10 months of FJ ownership and I'm glad to contribute to keep it up & running.
