I have read a number of opinions regarding other (Vista Cruise, Cat O-ring, Throttlemeister, Brake Away, ...), throttle controls, so no need to harp on or detract those, but I was wondering if anyone has tried the Go Cruise one.
Read most of the reviews via the link below. Most were favorable, and thought the $20 for it was worth it.

Yep, I got one of those!......so simple, effective & cheap. I like it. Transfers between bikes easy as. Expected it to loose it`s plastic spring strength with time, due to our hot temperatures, but nah....still good after 2 years. I thought it`d look a little dorky but no, blends in with what`s near it apparently...not really noticeable. (mainly cause it leans down & forward at almost the same angle as my riding arm). :drinks:
Very similar in function to my homemade one using a hose clamp and some clotheshanger - which works pretty well

I have found Throttle locks and rockers to be inherently very dangerous. You may even find that they are illegal and my null your insurance if you are found to be using one. I have used many and have found the fitting of a true cruise control one of the best modification I have fitted to my bike.

There are other cruises available if you look around.

I just use the crampbuster ,, however it can be a nuisance and get in the way.

Sounds like a winner to me. So, a couple of weeks ago, I saw this thread, thought the go-cruise throttle control would be useful, and actually wanted to order it. I noticed there were two sizes but could not readily tell which size I needed, so did not order thinking that I'd follow-up with FJ1100mjk et al. to see which size he bought. Never did. ('small' is the answer BTW, but I digress).
Fast forward to this past Friday, where I spontaneously decided to play hookey from work in the afternoon, and attend the Progressive International Motorcycle Show in Washington, DC. Cool show, got to see the new Super charged H2 (300HP!) and a bunch of other sites worth seeing. Milling around, I ran into Billy, the inventor of this device. Nice guy, smart guy. You can tell he has spent time around bikes and thinks of useful things bikers might actually need.
I would up buying the universal throttle lock for $30.00:

Seems like it's well made, and as one that struggled with an expensive Throttlemeister that, despite trying, I could not make work well, I am pleased with it's apparent simple effectiveness.

No I haven't bought one yet. Thanks for researching the size to buy. The aluminum version looks good. I like the black anodized one.
