RPM strikes again!
so i had a little fun money in my pocket and decided to treat the FJ
been eyeballing that oil cooler kit for awhile now and decided to pull the trigger
it had shown up as out of stock tuesday night so i called Robert up about 4:00 pm colorado time and asked if there was an ETA, Robert said they had just received them that morning
he then went on to say he would stop what he was doing so he could build me up a kit and get it shipped with today's mail
sure enough, it will be here by the weekend
thanks fellas, thats some hella customer service!
i just wish everyone i sent my hard earned to was so willing to follow thru

LOL, I got an oil cooler kit on the way too!
Tracking says it's "Out for delivery", so it should arrive today. :yahoo:
And YES, Randy and Robert are at the top as far as customer service goes! To some consumers (like myself), it ranks higher than pricing does.
Money doesn't seem to go very far these days, but I would gladly pay a little more for better service. :good:
