Title: hi from Hertfordshire in the UK.
Post by: groome on December 22, 2014, 10:57:22 AM
Hi I'm simon from the back ass of no where in Hertfordshire in the UK.  I have a fj1200 3cv which I was lucky enough to be given when I past my test about 6 months ago. Originally it wasn't my first choice of bike but now I love it.
She is In fairly standard form all I have done so far is fitted a hid kit in the headlight, and when I've finished writing this im going to play exhausts   :good2:
So far I have read some great information on here about the bike and gained some great inspiration, so a little thank you already.
Ride safe

Welcome to the forum. To be given a bike isn't all bad!  Excellent platform to learn about maintaining and riding a bike.  Post some pictures someday if you can.

Welcome Simon.

I have been to St Albans many times when I lived in England. Nice country roads for easy riding. I am new here too and I can tell you that this is a great forum with great people from all around the world.

Welcome to the forum Simon.  :hi:

As said previously, the FJ is a breeze to maintain and enjoy. When going into uncharted territory, ask questions on the forum first. It could save you a lot of time, frustration and money.
