Title: Gas prices are falling
Post by: aviationfred on November 24, 2014, 12:52:16 PM
Here in the Midwest the fuel prices have dropped to relatively low levels. I filled up the grocery getter/kid hauler last night.

I did use my discount points. :good2:

Wow! At 1.8 per gallon that would take $10 or so to fill up my fj, At aussie prices it would cost $33. Back about 25 years ago it would of been that price.

Cheapest today is 2.75 a US gallon (approx .73 USD a liter ?).  No real competition here at the wholesale level.

The max fuel points is $1.00 off per gallon. I had $.80 off. With a 35 gallon fuel tank it makes a big difference.
