I am sure it has been mentioned many times before but I just want to say just how great RPM's customer service is.
I have now ordered 3 times from them and received exactly what I ordered with advice given freely about installation.
Quality RPM made parts too.Just 2 days from CA to IL . Now that is fast
Big thanks to Randy and Robert and whoever else that works behind the scenes. Wish I had heard of them before.
We are very fortunate to have a vendor like Randy supporting us....although...he's not just a vendor, he's a FJ enthusiast, and a good friend.
Agreed! They really are awesome to deal with. :good2: :good2:
Randy and his son Robert have been proper hosts helping me get my FJ sorted out, If his son was not there I would have given him a big bear hug. Maybe I should have along with his son. He likes to find the root of the problem quickly, and fix the issue quickly. I expect to spend more time at his shop for fixing up my old 86' and putting her back to eye candy (FJ porn) condition for our fellow enthusiasts...
As noted Randy is a rider and enthusiast not just a "parts" guy. I do a fair amount of on line purchases (not just FJ stuff) and the shipping from RPM is defiantly hard to beat. Randy is a great guy to do business with and his advise is golden.

I have ordered from Randy a couple of times. Living in Canada and getting stuff from the states can be a large pain. My last order was a bunch of grommets and bolts and such as well as a slave. Randy called me to let me know that he was short a couple of small pieces and wanted to know if I would mind waiting a couple of extra days for the new stock to arrive. I think that shows real customer service and care about what he is doing. Kudos to Randy for everything he doe's for us FJ owners. Big R

Yes, Randy provides the most painless international shipping ever. I live in Hungary and have accepted my loss concerning no Ebay or other online shopping, and get things here... which is... nothing. He shipped some things here and they arrived quickly with no problems.
Anyone that's been on this forum any length of time has seen this kind of positive feedback for Randy numerous times. :good2:
Yep, Randy is one of our best assets. It seems that he's a businessman who's doing something that he loves without overtly taking advantage of his customers. As a business, he HAS TO make a profit in order to survive, but doesn't seem to want to get rich from any one of us individually.
I don't like Kool-Aid, but Randy at RPM is my go-to source for FJ parts. I've learned that the hard way!
If I were wealthier and closer, I'd definitely be talking to him about internal engine work.
Just my thoughts on the matter.

The thing is...why I appreciate Randy (and this forum) so much, is that the kids they hire at my local Yamaha dealer are....idiots.
Really...

So true!
I deal with 2 different Honda dealers on a regular basis (The Deputies use a small fleet of ST1300PAs) and I am surprised that I actually get the correct parts sometimes.......................................More often than not, the invoices are all screwed up and require a handful of phone calls to get them straightened out.
Anytime I have ever contacted Randy about any parts or advice, I am very confident that I have always been steered in the proper direction! :good:
