I think that snake is caused by lots of things, besides stretch: play in the bearings of the sprocket shafts, swing arm bearings, and wear in the sprocket teeth.
It's good to see this stuff, though, because high performance can change things in ways that normal riding does not.  What is fine for the street may not be good enough for the track.

Besides the chain stretch, I noticed the massive pull lifting the front tire at 1:08 - 1:09.

I would think that there might be some swingarm flex that comes into play here as well............
