Title: If I cook these, will I have issues?
Post by: Firehawk068 on September 12, 2014, 07:50:31 PM
Will parts start falling off my grill?
Will it suddenly leak oil?    :scratch_one-s_head:

I know............................I know................................They are based on centuries-old technology, and were way overpriced......................I couldn't resist their "Lifestyle" appeal.........

I am worried that they will just make a bunch of noise, and not do anything..... :pardon:

If I'm not careful, they may overheat!

Anyway, wish me luck............ :sarcastic:

I'd rather have a Yamaburger.
It's a matter of taste.

OK......................An update on these................
I can sum it up with one word................."Disappointing!" :negative:
But, you guys probably knew that already.................

I am a man who sometimes likes food a little on the spicy side..................And when I purchase something with the word "Habanero" in the description, I expect a certain amount of it............
These things were WEAK!......................................The same goes for the Green Chili and Cheese version. They were very bland!
My wife would eat these, and she detests any amount of spiciness when it comes to food........................

I have to admit.....................I got sucked in to the brand marketing, with terms like "Hard Smoked", "Big Flavor", and "Road House Customs"............................... :mocking:

I guess you could say that they are stereotypically brand-specifically correct!............. :sarcastic:

Conversely, I also tried the "Jack Links" JalapeƱo and Cheddar, and Teriyaki flavored brats...........................Now THESE had the kick that I was looking for!...................Exactly as I was expecting.... :good:

So, to sum up your experience:

You took a test ride on a Harley then went next door and tried out the latest from Japan?

Precisely!
Much to my satisfaction with the latter....................
