Title: How to Lube Motor Mounts?

Hey guys. Can someone shoot me a link to the thread (if one exists) on how to lube the motor mounts on my 89? Thanks! Pic of HID 6k headlight kit and blue LED rears attached....

Can the motors mounts on a '89 be lubed?
I thought that was 1991 and up ?
