I have been using an old Rivet jacket for a few years now, and I have found it to be the warmest jacket I have owned for reasonable $$, better than my leather one. I decided to get a new one, and found this new jacket for sale for $89, won it on ebay and am very satisfied!
The jackets are very comfy, warm in winter and quite water proof. I use aerosol scotchguard on my fabric jacket for ultimate water proofing too.

Does it have armor?

Yes it has armour, good hard plastic. The fabric is cordura by dupont, very hard wearing stuff.
