Go to the bottom of the page. Pulled from an FJ facebook group. Holy freaking cow. I'm salivating at the mouth. I've just found all I want in life.  :unknown:

"RPM's exhaust can save you 25 pounds?"
Really? Did Randy offer one at one time? Now? In the planning? I'd like to loose 25 pounds off my FJ.

It's in the works, and should be available VERY soon. They just sent a prototype that should be the very last of the prototypes, and if it fits, production should start shortly after.

Hi all, really need a new exhaust, been waiting for this with baited breath (the Randy exhaust system). Trouble is, I live 1500kms north of Perth WA, and the freight up to here is off the planet. I'm going to be driving down to Perth in May, and was going to look for a new system that I can pick up in Perth so that I can save on freight (often the equivalent of the price of what is being sent).
I suffered a similar issue when I purchased my Penske shock, about 12 months before Randy got his extra special shock on the market, after seeing all the rave reviews, I was pretty devastated to have bought the Penske too soon.
Well, I just need a new exhaust and would love to give Randy a chance to sell me one of his new creations, but also really need to know what is happening with the creation.
Cheers, Dazza

Just wait...I should have some numbers and date of availability tomorrow. The final pieces fit perfectly and now it comes down to signing some paperwork and writing a big ol' check...

Very much looking forward to the exhaust - Hopefully it's a powerhouse with the maintenance issues of some systems addressed.

Definitely something for "the list"

I posted a picture somewhere on the forum of the test system that has been on Ramos' bike that took the trek back to Tenn for last years fall rally. Not sure where I posted it now...

I will try and get some "development" pictures but not too may as the finish on the test unit on my bike is as manufactured and has not been final finished.

There looks like there will be four muffler type to choose from; carbon fiber, polished stainless, brushed titanium or a S/S mega-phone.

I wasn't really sure about the mega phone when they kept telling me about it, but now that it is on my bike it looks pretty good and I like it.

Then there is the sound, it changes the complete note of the FJ compared to all other exhaust systems ever offered. It really make the FJ sound like some sort of late model big engine bike. In fact I heard a bike heading down the road near the shop a while back and thought, man that guy is flying, I hope he doesn't get a ticket. A minute or two later Mike rolls in and says, "did you hear that, that was your exhaust"

I am not sure if a video will do it justice.

More to come, soon, real soon I promise.

Okay, some sneak peeks at the RPM header with the polished S/S megaphone muffler.

The initial order has been confirmed and final signature will be required, along with a big check, on the contract they told me I would see tomorrow. The contract will also have a confirmed delivery date at which time I can advise when they will be available.

I had never heard of Hindle. Went and looked them up just now, and it's exciting to read:

Hindle's shop is maybe an hour or so from many of the southern Ontario FJ people I can think of. You know, I keep forgetting he's a local institution; so much gear is from off shore these days.
I've only been riding ten years now but lately I found out my equally elderly buds that have been riding for 40+ years including racing in Ontario, have know him that long.

So that's cool that things come full circle and RPM seems to have found a suitable source of FJ specific exhausts in my backyard.
