So when I bought my FJ last May, I planned on riding it as much as possible this winter. Cheyenne has lots of winter days that are in the 40's and even 50's. Our snow usually melts in a day or two, and it's really not that bad compared to the icebox of northeast South Dakota where I grew up. I was dreaming of all the money I would save switching to Gei... I mean, all the money I would save parking my Dodge Ram Gas Hog with the 360 motor.
But wouldn't you know, this winter has been the 5th snowiest on record, it's been cold so the snow and ice hasn't melted much, and I've only had 2 days I could ride my bike! Arrgggg!
So today, even though it snowed yesterday and there's a little bit of ice on the roads, it is is currently 19F, it's supposed to be sunny and 45, so I fired up the FJ and rode it to work.
You can see the snow and some ice on the sidewalk and lawn, but it should be gone in a couple hours.
The bike ran great. I need to put the chin spoiler back on...

Oh, I thought you were going to say that your bike's broken. I was going to play you a sorry little tune on the :empathy3: banjo..........
while were having a blizzard for the next two days. (popcorn)
Broken or can't ride due to the snow and ice... it's the same difference... sniff... :sorry:
Hang in there the warm weather is on it's way. Just be careful a little black ice and that could be an expensive ride. I do like the pictures.
