I'm thinking of buying a place in America.
Really, I am.
Here's one that looks good, we could have Rallies there. (http://www.homefinder.com/CA/Willits/53184687d_E_Hill_Rd)
Better check on rules about bringing the biker toads stateside and taking up residence...
It looks a little small....
Yeah dude - I think that's nothing more than a vacant lot. A standard size lot for a single house - a bit small.
Hmm....nope, not CA. Been there once and visited. I'm kind of partial to my side of the USA. However, if you are looking for a place to buy....you should check out the Cherohala Motorcycle Resort. It's for sale and I think it's far enough out of town that we could shoot off the fireworks and not have the popo come stop all the fun!

Hmmm, $585,000.
That's a pretty good price.
I don't want a business though, I'll look at some industrial type land with a big shed on it mebbe an old farm.
Somewhere big enough to not have neighbours too close.
If I had a business like the motorcycle resort, it would probably lose money.
Why?
Harleys.
Yep, most of the clientele would be Pirates and I just could not help myself from having fun at their expense.

Fuck yeah it is! You couldn't buy my current little 3 bedroom rental house in SoCal for that price!!
Hmmm...Investors is what we need....
Post up the links you found on the pricing of the MC resort - I might know someone...
Or PM me with them - I'm serious!
Here you go Marsh.

Thanks Harvy! Actually I looked it up and just spent about an hour on the phone with the owner. I have almost 2 pages of notes from our conversation. I'll have to run some numbers and work up a proposal to one of my friends - but I'm actually serious about doing so! Ya never know!
Marsh,
The 2 times I stayed there, it was great. The place is first class all the way. Mark treated us like family and we had the run of the place even after hours. If I ever make it back to a Fall Rally, this is definitely where I'll stay again. It's a heck of a lot quieter than the KOA. :-)
Last time I was there, there was additional development next to the facility. I don't remember the specifics, but I think it was some kind of apartment complex or condos. The owner (Mark) had some investment in it IIRC. You might want to ask about that, and be aware that I could have it all screwed up.

Nevermind about the development. In looking at the pictures of the Luxury Cabin, I see nothing behind it. That was where they were clearing off the land when we were there. I guess it never happened. That's good because one of the attractions of this place is its seclusion.
Ask him what his Buy It Now! price is. :-)

I might never get there, but it looks very nice
