Title: Windshields for 1992
Post by: exjock62 on November 08, 2013, 09:18:44 AM
Guys just picked up a (very used) 92 that needs a windshield and some fairing parts. No one seems to list the 92 for shields and many of the parts come up obsolute any ideas where to find items or do any previous years fit?

Welcome,
The 91, 92, 93 is the 3XW model...windshield and most of the fairing parts (including outer scoops) are not interchangeable with previous models.

Happy hunting,

Jeff

Windscreens do show up on e bay also. What fairing parts do you need? Fairing parts are harder to find but do show up once in a while. A lot of ABS parts can be repaired. Don't throw away any fairing parts.

I have an OEM windscreen for a 92 you are welcome to for cost of shipping. Here's the catch, I'm in Alaska right now and won't get back to Florida until first of January.
