Hi all - not sure if this is the right section to post in - but here goes:
What colours were available in the 1984 FJ1100 ? I have read online it was a one colour ( red/white) choice but where there any special order choices - was there a blue option?
seems an odd question but I'm looking at an 84 that is a blue white which looks like original paint.
Hello Chris, I am aware of 3 color options for the '84 FJ1100:
Red and Silver on the USA version:

Red and White on the Canadian and UK versions:

Dark Blue an White on the JDM and other EU version:

Cheers! Pat (I'm partial to the red and silver colors)
Pat,
You missed mentioning the red and silver polished version.
..but was that a factory option? :good2:

Actually....he didn't.....look at the Photo of his ID picture..... :good:
I am surprised though that they sent the Blue one to the EU and JDM instead of the States..... :scratch_one-s_head:

Yes the classic FJ porn shot...I know Pat has the most viewed FJ ever....
Thanks guys - I will get a proper look at it over the week end , I have only seen the arse end of it sticking out of a pile of junk in a shed - it looked blue but lighter the one in the picture ( could be my eyes at fault though!) .
I will take some photos when I have picked it up and found out what Ive got to work with - all I know at the moment is it is an 84, the gearbox is good and as he is in my MC he wants 'pennies' for it , so it looks ideal for an over winter restoration project.
