I finally found that German company selling rear-sets, bar risers, single seats etc.

rear sets, bar kits and maybe the seat are all available here in the USA already
you just have to look online

NO, I don't read German either.
If you use Bablefish and cut and paste the url for the ebay listing you are viewing into the URL area and select German to English, you get a fairly good translation of the listing.
