I just wanted to say thanks to all the people on the forum that have helped with my questions and concerns over the last 2 years on my 86 FJ.
I have purchased a 03 Kawi ZZR 1200 that I will start riding it next week. I unfortunately had my share of problems with my FJ which is not usual I know, but if it were to break down again while on a trip I was going to set it on fire at the edge of the road.
Thanks again, and happy rides!! :good2:
Steve
Congratulation on the new bike. The ZZR is a fine bike. Just because you own a Kawi don't be a stranger. All kinds of bikes show up at the rallies :good2: :good2:. Let us know how she works out for you.

Grrat ride you got coming...what did you do with your 86
I still have the FJ, probably won't go up for sale till the spring. I've put a new clutch, clutch slave, all rear bearings, sprockets and chain along with front shaft seals, fork seals, tires, corbin seat w/back rest and new V&H 4 to 1 exhaust. Not to mention all calipers and carbs have been rebuilt.
The money tap for repairs is dry.
