I remember seeing that before...

Copyright 1997, so it's outdated info. about modifications, but still the basics are there........

They wiffed on the progressive springs. They went out of favor well before 1997. Sure, they are considered a upgrade over the soft oem springs but still, when it was written in 1997, RaceTech cartridge emulators with straight springs were very common upgrades.
Also, in the mid '90s is when our voltage regulators started cooking our batteries...no mention of that.

We have come a long way on improving our FJ's since 1997 huh?

Wider and lighter 17" rims, wider and lighter modern radial tires, R-1 brake calipers, fork braces, modern fork valves and rear shocks, better lights......oh yea, big hairy ass 1350 engines.... Just to name a few..

Is a fuel injected FJ on the horizon?
