Title: Dorky Sci Fi stuff - BSG
Post by: vulcanbill on February 14, 2009, 11:10:26 AM
I know I'm not the only one...

Kim has expressed an interest in watching the new BSG.  Does anyone have it on DVD that I can borrow?  I have Smallville and Alias you can hold as ransom.

Thanks.

I'd suggest Netflix.

You have to watch it from the very beginning.  There are 3 or 4 pilot (test) episodes that they aired to see how people would react to it.  Those episodes go into a lot of detail as to what happened and set the tone for the first couple of seasons.

Season 3 is a bit difficult to stomach, but they turn it around towards the end of the season.

A lot of people had major issues because of some of the character changes from the original.  This version is much more dark and believable than the original BSG.

And yes, there are some rather nice cylons in this version.   ;D

===> Bittorrent

www.isohunt.com (http://www.isohunt.com) or http://thepiratebay.org (http://thepiratebay.org) to find torrents

http://www.utorrent.com (http://www.utorrent.com) to download 'em

Burn 'em to a blank DVD, and you can either watch them on your computer monitor, or if you have a DivX DVD player, you can watch 'em on your TV.

If'n you need more info, just let me know.

Rumboys right. I belong to pirate bay also. I have the Indy MotoGP, as well as Laguna Seca 2008, NW200 and Isle of Man. They have a section for TV shows were I've downloaded missed episodes of Heros and Lost. Also movies like "10" and Ironman. Best part: it's free! You just have to seed and share.
